All hooked up.

The Team House. It even says so... So that means I'm on the team.

Thats right, I have a new old saddle. ;)

I believe the wear on the saddle was tactical - so you can get a free lap on any crash. "look what happened to my saddle!"

For all my MN readers.

Les has been riding and racing for 20+ years and still races in the Pro 1,2 races at the age of 42. Les is a Category 1 on the Road and has won National Championship medals on the track as well. All total he has collected over 200 podium results including National track medals, over 10 State championships (WA, TX, OK, MO) and considerable racing experience in Europe, Latin America and North America. In 2005 he continued to be a consistent 10 ten finisher including an 8th in the P12 Texas State RR, 4th in the Hotter N' Hell Road Race (at the age of 42), and 4 x 2nd place finishes in P12 races.

Les has worked with cyclist of all levels. Please be aware that he has the reputation of being the meanest “spinbike dude” in Wichita Falls (people have quit the class in protest) and as he’s gotten older he’s gotten meaner – his hearing has deteriorated and he has a problem hearing you say “I can’t”. Bottom line is that Les has learned that the body performs as well as the body expects it will and YES he will use his da@#%&rn psychology to get the most out of your performance (presently working for the State of Texas as an Associate Psychologist). In fact, if Les had to pick one of the most important things that he has to offer an athlete he would say it was the use of Sports Psychology to help you surpass and transcend your perceived limits. Les lives in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Akins, doesn’t ride in the rain and is the fastest "I don't race anymore hoser" Dad.

And one of the reasons I'm going to MSU. See how I get treated?

Max called and told me he wanted credit for the bio you ripped off from his website... I told him I'd rip you a new one and he seemed pleased.
