I was down to 150lbs and hit my highest watts in a long time in a 1 minute sprint interval 1,223watts.

Kitty is doing well. She is getting a bath today, she's a dirty hood rat.

is 1223 a spike value or an average power for 1 min?

The jump spike. Avg. 652watts for 1 min. looking at the power file on PowerAgent.
