Is this guy for real he said his name is not on any of there documents. But his name is on a fax? Isn't that a document? Maybe they wrote your name on a fax Basso because you owe money to your drug dealers.
The signing of Ivan Basso to our (Americas) "pro tour" team has made me sick. There’s a reason why Riis distanced him self from this bum and I don't think it was over unpaid girl scout cookies.

Easy there cowboy. I'm not saying that Basso is 100% clean, but before you throw the book at him, maybe you should wait for the facts. I find myself in the camp of innocent until proven guilty. Let the rest of the non-cycling world claim he's guilty. Remember, they want a media circus.
As for the fax. Was the fax a legal document or a cover sheet?
My take:
Even though my gut may say they're guilty, I'll believe/say they are innocent. If found guilty, I'd drop them like an empty mussette bag.
Do you think CSC and Riis waited for the facts? I hope so because if he didn't they lost the best non doper in cycling.
A cover sheet IS still a document. I don't think drug dealers have legal documents that they can use in court for LEGAL (remember dug dealing is illegal) matters, I might be wrong...
If his name was not at all implemented in this case why wasn’t he, Ullich and the rest of those bums allowed to race the tour? Remember a couple of riders on this list retired…
My take:
The cycling federations have one hand tied behind there backs on prosecuting theses guys because the Spanish Judge is not allowing them to use all of the court documents to really put them away. There scared that they don’t have enough information to revoke license and enforce bands because of lack of evidence (which happens to be true.) SO they fold under the riders lawyers and are letting most of these guys race.
Basso and Ullich must be on crack if they think they are ever going to race again.
